Switching units
This handy unit sits between the headset and the Avaya 5420 phone and enables the user to simply switch from handset to headset and vice versa. This is available as an add on cost option (see switch option below)

Your Altesys headset for your Avaya 5420 phone has Noise Cancelling technology built into it as standard. Noise cancelling eliminates back ground noise and is highly suitable for busy office environments and call centres
