Cisco 7821, 7841 & 7861 compatible headsets
The new 7800 series of IP phone are all compatible with both wired & wireless headsets from our entire headset range.
Wired headsets for Cisco IP phone model 7821-7841-7861
The wired headsets for 7800 require the standard U10 bottom lead for Streamline Pro & Plantronics headsets and CSTD-17 lead for Sennheiser / EPOS wired headsets.
All headsets in the range will work on all models 7800+7900 series Cisco IP and come with noise cancelling, robust build quality and suitable for all day use.
Note* the 7811 is the base model and does NOT have a dedicated headset port – you can however still fit one with a work around by removing the receiver cord and plugging a headset straight into the same port (direct connect) this would allow the use of a headset for the Cisco 7811 but you would need to keep the receiver on the phone (even though its not plugged into anything) and to get a call through to the headset, simply pick up the receiver and place on the desk to put the call through. When finished replace the receiver back on the phone.

Please note there are 4 different types of Cisco headset bottom lead for the following models:

- Cisco SPA – 2.5mm round pin lead
- 7910, 7911 – U10-PS
- 8800 – some models Bluetooth, usb & standard Cisco U10 lead
- Jabber USB lead (also Office Communicator)
